Located in Parramatta, Independent Locksmiths has 20 mobile workshops that can respond quickly to security issues and with a network of skilled and reliable contractors across Australia, Independent Locksmiths provides security services to some of Australia’s biggest corporate and government organisations including Woolworths, Harvery Norman and the Australian Defence Force.
Independent Locksmiths were facing many challenges with the online platform they were utilising to source and locate contractors from all locations around the country. They were using the Google Maps functionality, however it wasn’t able to provide them with the functionality they required.
RGC Digital Marketing was brought in to solve this challenge by developing a purpose-built mobile application. The mobile app not only had to utilise the Google Maps functionality but it also needed to be intuitive enough to determine contractors ability to best service a job in their geographical location. The mobile web app had to function on all smart phone devices and it had to minimise the administrators time in locating and booking jobs nationally.
The app also had many other viable features like the ability to store contractor information and notes. This facility enabled Independent Locksmiths to ensure their clients were completely satisfied with the jobs at hand every time.
The mobile web application is a secure system and can only be utilised by Independent Locksmiths staff. This mobile application saved them time and money in internal and external resources and was extremely well received by the brand.
